Unfortunately, we’ve got to put it on here because of a few bad apples who try to take advantage of the system. Let’s face it. You’re looking for a fair deal and we’re looking to make a little something for the effort. So in the interest of good business we had to implement a few ground rules.
All merchandise purchased from Perfmoto.com is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn items, used items and any items without the tags attached will be refused. Windshields/screens must be unopened to be returned or exchanged.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to PerfMoto.com. Returns and exchanges sent COD will be refused.
Perfmoto.com will not refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges unless the return or exchange is the result of an error made by Perfmoto.com. We are not responsible for personal items left in returned or exchanged merchandise.
Returns or exchanges must be received by Perfmoto.com within 15 business days from the date the RMA number is issued.
Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging because this will damage the packaging. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to Perfmoto.com. In other words, if your item came in a box (like a helmet), you need to put that box in another box for shipping purposes. Do not just put labels on the helmet box and ship it to us. We are not responsible for goods we received that are damaged. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to send them back.

Buying online can be confusing and intimidating. Making a decision to purchase gear or parts based on a photo and using a manufacturer’s size chart isn’t the same as actually trying on or seeing the item.
Perfmoto.com understands that sometimes things just don’t fit or look like we think they should. For that reason, we have a No-Fee Exchange for your first exchange within 10 days of receiving your item.
You will need to fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in order to get credit for your purchase. The RMA fills in the transaction information so we can complete your return or exchange. You, the customer, are responsible for shipment back to us. Once we’ve received the item and approved the exchange, we’ll ship your replacement to you for free if you are in the Continental USA. If you are an International customer or in Hawaii/Alaska, you will need to pay for the shipping back to you.
Just to be clear, merchandise to be exchanged must be new, unused, unworn and must include all original, undamaged packaging, instructions, protective covers, price tags, and other items that may have been attached to the merchandise. If it doesn’t look exactly like it did when we shipped it to you, we may refuse to exchange it, and then you are responsible to pay to ship it back to you.

You bought it but it’s just not what you wanted. For whatever reason, you are welcome to return at Perfmoto.com with NO RESTOCK FEE for non-Clearance items! **Note: This applies only to purchases made at Perfmoto.com. If you made your purchase on Amazon, eBay, or somewhere else, you are subject to the return/exchange policy on the listing.
Clearance items may be returned or exchanged, but we charge a 12% restock fee for Clearance returns which will be subtracted from your refund.

Next, package the item to be returned. Remember that the item and manufacturer’s packaging need to look like new when we get them so pack accordingly. Just to be clear, merchandise to be returned must be new, unused, unworn and must include all original, undamaged packaging, instructions, protective covers, price tags, and other items that may have been attached to the merchandise. If it doesn’t look exactly like it did when we shipped it to you, we may refuse to return it, and then you are responsible to pay to ship it back to you. Some distributors are very picky about the packaging, so if you think you might return it, give us a call before you take it out of the package.
When we get the item and approve the return, we’ll refund your credit card or Paypal and send you a confirmation. We don't charge any restocking fee for non-Clearance items. If you are in the USA and we gave you free shipping when we sent your order, we deduct our original shipping cost from the return. Realistically, that's usually between $5 and $15, depending on weight.

In the unlikely case that the item you've purchased is defective, Perfmoto wants to help make it right. Please realize that we are a retailer and not a manufacturer. Because not all manufacturers have the same warranty policies, please contact us before shipping an item back to us. In many cases, you must return the defective item directly back to the manufacturer. If you're in the continental US and we need to take care of the problem, we'll probably email you a call tag for shipping. In some cases, if the warranty issue is unusual, we may request you pay shipping back to us and we'll reimburse you once we've confirmed the issue. However, if the manufacturer determines that it isn't a warranty issue, you will need to pay for any additional shipping costs.
If you have an international warranty claim, please contact us. While all of our manufacturers are glad to exchange a defective item, they are also reluctant (or flat-out refuse) to pay the shipping costs to and from the USA. If you can buy the same item in your country, you will probably need to pay to ship your item back to us if there is a problem. That is the risk you accept in exchange for low pricing or good exchange rates.
